Trust You Coaching and Consulting was founded in 2020 by Rhonda M. Sutton, Ed.D. , ACC. in response to the growing need to support women of color in professional spaces. As a black woman, a mother of two beautiful daughters, and an educator, Rhonda learned how hard it is to navigate the world and show up authentically while holding space for others’ authenticity. She noticed how she, as well as her daughters, colleagues of color, and friends were often exhausted from trying to reach a target that was constantly changing. The exhaustion left her and others feeling frustrated, disappointed, angry, and confused. She knew first hand how these feelings impacted her family, relationships, and work. So Rhonda and her daughters decided to create a safe space for two communities: a coaching community for women of color and a consulting community to work with organizations who want to create environments that are inclusive safe spaces to foster creativity and innovation.
Trust You Coaching provides support and guidance for women of color moving through a change process toward greater effectiveness and fulfillment. Our coaching helps you connect with your core essence and invites you to “come home” to yourself. The emphasize is on clarifying what matters most to you and reconnecting you with your creative core self.
Trust You Consulting provides organization leadership guidance to reimagine trust with a positive, generative, appreciative and humanistic lens. Our emphasis is on helping organizations evolve and create environments where individuals are noticed, nurtured, sustained, and can flourish. In these uncertain times, a strong, stable workforce is critical for the success of any organization. We are dedicated to helping new and existing organizations achieve and sustain an environment built on trust.
